The simplest high-protein frozen snack you’ll ever make.
Serves 2.
Ingredients
- 1 punnet fresh raspberries (approx. 125g, or use frozen)
- 100g high-protein unsweetened Greek yogurt

1 scoop (30g) Welle Essentials Premium Natural Protein in Vanilla
Method
- Mix Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth.
- Coat each raspberry in the yogurt mixture. Place on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Enjoy straight from the freezer! 🍦
