Orders will be shipped within 5 business days. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please note that there may be delays due to COVID.

New Zealand Shipping

New Zealand Urban addresses $7 for one, $9 for two.

Delivery estimated between 1-4 business days (Rural 3-6 business days).

Australia Shipping

Australian Orders - $30 for one, $37 for two.

Delivery estimated between 5-7 business days via DHl Express

Returns

Once an order has been placed it is not possible to cancel or alter your order once it has been confirmed. Customers have the right to return any goods deemed faulty for a replacement. The following terms & conditions apply to returns in these circumstances:

Where replacement is due to a fault, the customer must contact Welle Club (Welle Essentials) within 7 days of receiving the product. Welle Club (Welle Essentials) will cover the postage costs involved for the return and replacement of any faulty or defective goods.
