We will ship your orders for products within New Zealand and Australia and to certain other locations around the world. The information provided on our website regarding shipping timeframes is our best estimate as provided to us by our delivery partners. We will keep our website updated with the latest shipping and delivery timeframes as we are provided with them. There may be increased delays with shipping and delivery which are outside of our control due to COVID-19, or other variants, or other events that may be taking place in a certain delivery location.

Once an order has been shipped the delivery timeframes are outside of our control. The information provided on our website is our best estimated delivery time frame as provided to us by our delivery partners, but this is subject to change, and if there are delays we are unable to expedite a delivery. Any questions about delivery timeframes or why delays have occurred will need to be followed up directly with the appropriate delivery service.


Cancellation of orders before shipment

Prior to an order being shipped by us, you may be able to cancel that order and receive a full refund of the purchase price and the shipping costs less any processing fees we may incur. However, we begin processing orders placed through the website promptly, and therefore, if you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible.

Defective products

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your item, or it wasn’t as you expected, we’re here to help! You are entitled to return products delivered to you if they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. In making a request to return defective products, please provide us with your proof of purchase. If we agree your claim is justified, the purchase price will be refunded.
