Shipping
We ship within New Zealand and Australia, along with select international locations. For a shipping cost estimate, please add items to your cart. We offer free shipping within New Zealand for orders over $150 (NZD), and free shipping to Australia for orders over $300 (AUD). While we do our best to dispatch your orders as soon as possible, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and handling. Prior to submitting an order, check your delivery address carefully, as undelivered orders due to an incorrect address entered at checkout will incur charges payable for re-deliver.
Returns
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind in line with health regulations. Please select your items carefully and ensure items are right for you, based on the advice of your healthcare provider. For returns under compliance with New Zealand Consumer Law, we will repair, replace or refund products in compliance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. To be eligible for repair, replacement or refund, you must present adequate proof of purchase. We do not repair, replace or refund for change of mind or for products that have not been used according to our guidelines.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept payment by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and we offer Afterpay for our NZ/AU customers.
What currency will I be charged in?
As we are a New Zealand-based business, all payments are represented in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Will I need to pay extra duties/taxes to receive my order?
Some countries charge a duty or tax on packages from New Zealand over a certain value. Please check your country's tax specifications prior to placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for any additional duties/taxes incurred once the order has been placed.
